KPLO MAGnetometer (KMAG)


The Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO, also known as Danuri) launched on 5 August 2022, has reached the Moon after finishing a 4.5-month Ballistic Lunar Transfer (BLT). KPLO is now orbiting the Moon at an altitude of 100 km ± 30 km and its extended mission life will be until 2025. The lunar exploration mission began in 1 January 2023, and KMAG data is released in KARI Planetary Data System (KPDS).
