The Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO, also known as Danuri) launched on 5 August 2022 (KST), has reached the Moon after finishing a 4.5-month Ballistic Lunar Transfer (BLT). The KPLO is now orbiting the Moon at an altitude of 60 km ± 20 km (previous altitude: 100 km ± 30 km) and its extended mission life will be until 2027 year. The lunar exploration mission began in 1 January 2023, and KMAG data has released in KARI Planetary Data System (KPDS).
